Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may have already moved into the printing or packaging phase.

Returns

Because our art prints are often printed in limited batches, and our other products are printed on demand, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to review the size guides and descriptions carefully before purchasing. For original artwork, we also do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damages & Issues

Your art is packaged with the utmost care in rigid mailers or sturdy tubes to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at kirstin@kirstinreayartist.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage (including the packaging).

• If the item is confirmed as damaged in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
