Processing Times

All original artwork is shipped from Hong Kong and all of our art prints are produced in small, high-quality batches in Hong Kong.

• Standard Processing: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare, quality-check, and package your order.

• Made-to-Order: For larger print sizes or specific items, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

For original artwork and art prints, we ship to Hong Kong, UK, USA, and India from our studio in Hong Kong. Below are the estimated delivery times once your order has been processed:

Please note: These are estimates. Factors such as local customs processing or seasonal postal delays may affect delivery times.

Other products (mugs, tea towels, cushion covers, etc.) are produced and printed by print on demand companies and production/shipping/delivery times vary. Please see each individual product for more details.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the package reaches your destination country.

• Responsibility: The recipient is responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance.

• India Orders: Please ensure a valid phone number is provided at checkout, as local couriers may require "Know Your Customer" (KYC) verification to release the package.

• USA Orders: Most orders under $800 USD are duty-free.
